Our Story
Seal-Tech, Inc. (DBA Sealant Technologies, Inc. ) is a building services contractor, specializing in sealants, coatings, weatherproofing, energy conservation, building repair and restoration, and building safety.
STI was started in 1985. During this time, the company worked directly with the largest waterproofing manufacturers in the world, including working in their laboratories along with their scientists, technical teams, national managers, and marketing teams. Prior to full scale marketing of new products, STI would field test these products and provide technical advice in modifying the products prior to market introduction. You will see STI noted in numerous world-wide marketing advertisements of some of these industry-leading manufacturers.
During this time, the company was also a distributor and supplier, representing the largest top-of-the line industry leading manufacturers. This leading edge gave the company a technical service background. This technical experience assures all customers that all products are installed according to manufacturers specifications. This is a proven added value to the customer, when considering which contractor to use.
It should be noted that STI has NEVER had a single claim, lawsuit, or repair in it's entire work history of performing thousands of projects across the entire United States for over 28 years. This is a fact STI is proud to note.
