Assignment: Install a spray foam roofing system over a cap sheet roof. Provide owner with a 10 year leak free warranty.
Solution: Cool-Roof Systems installed 1” of sprayed polyurethane foam to approximately 32,500 square feet of a cap sheet roof deck. The roof has a 10-year leak free warranty that covers labor and material for the full term of the warranty.
