Description

The Housing Authority of the City of Passaic (HACP) is committed to providing decent, safe and sanitary housing to all its residents, while providing the highest level of customer service. They strive to build relationships with the public and assist residents in moving permanently to better economic situations.

CBA is providing vertical consulting services for the modernization of 26 elevators in 7 separate buildings for the Passaic Housing Authority, NJ. Services include: specifications for modernization, full elevator service maintenance contract, shop drawings review, construction administration services, and project close-out.
