Description

Morris Corporate Center 1 & 2 (MCC 1 & 2) was built as part of a master planned, high-end corporate office development situated on 182 acres of superbly landscaped campus. A prestigious office park in Parsippany, NJ, these two centers offer a combined 529,000-square-feet office space on 31 acres. In this location you would also find woodlands, jogging trails, ponds and a water feature.

There is a 5,000 square foot fitness center on property. A 4,000 square food executive boardroom and conference center are available as well as 2 cafeterias, dry cleaning services, WiFi connectivity throughout the area, and on-site security guards with closed circuit monitors. Parsippany is 35 miles from NYC and 42 miles from Pennsylvania. Furthermore, Newark Int’l Airport is only a 30 minute drive.

CBA Consultants performed a technical evaluation of the 6 hydraulic elevators in the Morris Corporate Center IV in Parsippany, NJ. This evaluation provides a general overview of the existing elevators and the amount of routine maintenance being performed. It gives particular attention to the present equipment conditions during normal use. The overall local industry, rather than a singular manufacturer, is the basis of our comparison standards to establish benchmarks for improving the various functions recorded.
