Description

Located in Queens, NY, LaGuardia Communty College was founded in 1967 with the idea that, “The college will be oriented to the needs and interests of the community in which it is located, providing cultural activities, special services, continuing education and skills training opportunities for community residents of all ages.” There are over 45,000 students enrolled at the college, offering more than 60 majors, certificates and programs to choose from.

CBA Consultants is working in tandem with Mitchell Giurgola Architects to provide specifications for both new installation of 5 traction elevators and the modernization of 5 traction elevators. Services include: specifications for modernization and new installation, full elevator service maintenance contract, shop drawings review, construction administration services, and project close-out.
