Description

As a Constituent College of City University of New York (CUNY), Hunter college is located in the Lenox Hill neighborhood of the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York City. The main campus is within walking distance of Central Park, Metropolitan Museum of Art and NYC’s Subway and Lexington Avenue Line.  The East, West and North Buildings – all connected to Thomas Hunter Hall, are connected by skywalks. Today, there are more than 20,000 students enrolled in their college. Princeton Review named the college as America’s “Best Value” College in 2007.

CBA Elevator Consultants is providing consulting services for the modernization of 10 existing elevators in the North Building at Hunter College for Dewberry Engineers. Services include: specifications for modernization, full elevator service maintenance contract, shop drawings review, construction administration services, and project close-out.
