Scope Of Work
At Fox Hills, the balustrades on each column were deteriorating from the inside, falling to the ground and causing major hazards. Fixing the immense damage proved to be challenging. AAR was called in and immediately got to work removing all the old stucco, adding waterproofing material, and redoing the column patterns and balustrades. Afterwards, the balustrades were fixed and the whole clubhouse maintained its leisurely atmosphere. Additionally, AAR provided a safe and stable structure.
