Scope Of Work
At Fox Hills, there was a massive build up of snow and ice, creating an ice dam. The “U” section of the building, called a “doghouse,” held most of the roofing problems. Another company had unsuccessfully attempted to remedy this problem. The problem was that repairing it while not damaging other areas proved incredibly difficult. Fox Hills decided to call in AAR, who replaced shingles and gutters and also laid down waterproofing shields. AAR did this to eight of the “doghouses” on the property and enabled the Fox Hills maintenance staff to be as worry-free as the club-goers.
