Scope Of Work
Located at 215 Bridgewater Road in the Bridgewater Business Park, Marken, a pharma and logistics company, was looking for an area that was close to the I-95 and Route 322 corridor. As location was an important factor for Marken so was searching for a building that would meet their requirements and this Office / Flex Warehouse fit the bill. Storage and distribution is essential to Marken’s business and this building was already equipped with warehouse space and a loading dock which made it the perfect place. Also needed to meet Marken’s requirements were Offices, a Conference Room, Kitchenette and an open work station area which Tamora was able to provide as part of their Design-Build services to complete this successful fit-out.
