Scope Of Work
Alliance Concrete Pumps, a leader in concrete pump manufacturing, was searching for a site that would respond well to their business. Located only minutes from I-95 on Ridge Avenue adjacent to the Chichester Business Park Tamora provided design-build services taking Alliance’s ideas and bringing them to reality. This facility was erected as a Butler pre-engineered building with a 5,360 sq. ft. warehouse equipped with (3) 14 ft. x 16 ft. overhead doors and loading dock. In addition, Alliance had a need for office space and a storage mezzanine which Tamora also provided as part of this design-build erect project.
