Scope Of Work
The Peter Becker Ridgeview corridor project was a 4,000-SF corridor renovation project that included complete removal and replacement of all handrails, ACT ceilings, wallcoverings, electrical fixtures, resident laundry areas, and resident common areas. Also included in the scope of work was the replacement of all resident doors and corridor closet doors with new fire-rated doors. As well as the revitalization and renovation of the resident mailboxes and adjacent restroom.
All renovations and work activities were completed with daily resident and staff interaction and traffic through the work area. This type of environment required daily coordination with the Peter Becker staff as well as constant monitoring of corridor cleanliness.
