Scope Of Work
The HBO2 Therapeutics expansion project was phase 1 of a multiphase expansion to an existing building. This phase included a new building shell, underground utilities and water retention basin. This project included large amounts of foundational work as well as a complete structural steel package. Elements of this project included: exterior insulated panel system, EPDM roofing system, new roof access ladder, new asphalt parking lot, underground utilities ready for rough-in.
