Scope Of Work

The ACTS Retirement Communities Corporate office in Fort Washington, PA was a large scale interior renovation that covered 80,000 square feet and was spread out over 3 floors and 2 phases. Intense coordination with the owner and interior design consultant was required to meet the demanding timelines the project included. Constant value engineering was employed in an effort to keep costs down and to help improve the project schedule. The scope of work included: relocation of existing interior aluminum storefront office partitions, new carpet flooring, paint throughout the entire building, electrical system modifications and operational testing, new acoustical ceilings throughout the 3rd floor, and custom cabinetry as well as new break room areas and servery areas for the executive board room.
