Scope Of Work
The New Cooper Medical School of Rowan University at the corner of Broad and Benson Streets (Block 190) Camden, NJ, is a new seven-level 200,000 square foot building. At the start of the project, JINGOLI had to demolish existing structures and construct the new seven-level building. The building has an auditorium, student center/learning commons, research/education laboratories, vivarium, gross anatomy labs, and office spaces. The project is LEED-Gold Certified, a goal set by the Camden County Improvement Authority.
