Scope Of Work
The Bucks County Justice Center was a phased project that included a new 285,000 square foot courthouse facility and a new 388,000 1,172 space parking garage. As part of phase I, the newly built parking garage is an expansion of the existing sewer system to handle the future demands of the Justice Center Complex.
The new courthouse facility supports the new growth and demands to support government facilities. The building has 7 above grade levels and 2 basement levels; the design includes the following: 12 courtrooms, various hearing rooms, a detention center, and a network of court-related departments.
JINGOLI provided complete Project and Construction Management services from the initial space planning / conceptual design process, through construction, occupancy, and project close-out.
