The University Apartments is a new mixed-use building featuring student housing for approx. 440 students, retail space, and central courtyard, at Rutgers University’s College Avenue Campus, New Brunswick, NJ.
The project is situated at the intersection of Hamilton Street and College Avenue. The project will consist of an 8 story North Tower, 6 story South Tower, and 14 story West Tower. The ground level contain retail, common spaces, laundry, a collaborative room, and offices plus mechanical rooms. The upper floors will include 136 apartments, lounges, and fitness room.
