Scope Of Work
The Rutgers Honors College Building is a new mixed-use building serving mainly as student housing for 540 students at Rutgers University’s College Avenue Campus, New Brunswick, NJ. The project is situated between Seminary Place and Bishop Streets.
The building is U-shaped and will consist of three wings, South Wing, East Wing, and North Wing. Both the East Wing and North Wing will be five stories and the South Wing will be six stories with an additional lower level as a partial basement.
The lower level of South Wing houses a lobby, office, and mechanical rooms. The Level 1 will provide space for assembly, lounges, offices, and faculty apartments. Level 2 to 5 are for 284 student dorm rooms and student lounges.
