Scope Of Work
Demolition and removal of concrete plant including: concrete building, electrical building, machine shop building, concrete blocks, concrete walls, metal structures, pyramid walls, and disposal of all debris using heavy equipment and trucking.
Concrete disposal was excluded from bid and covered by Hanson Miramar. Piles of dirt and concrete to be screened was a separate hourly job and was billed accordingly.
Customer was satisfied with the final work.
