Scope Of Work
The thirty year-old Lehigh Valley Mall was turned into a modern-lifestyle shopping destination for both residents and visitors to the Lehigh Valley. Renovating a working mall presented new challenges for Duggan and Marcon Inc. – raising scaffolding and finishing new skylights and entrances, adding new tile and stone finishes – were all part of the mall’s extensive renovations. All of this work was completed in addition to the extensive work on the new buildings that were added to the Lehigh Valley Mall complex, where Duggan and Marcon Inc. was responsible for everything from exterior framing, to the detailed EIFS, and also the new interior finishes.
