Scope Of Work
VIDA is one of the first opportunity zone projects in the U.S. This public-private partnership between the City of Kannapolis and Lansing Melbourne Group serves as a stimulus for additional private investment in the downtown core. The four-acre site outside Charlotte includes new construction of a 466,246 s.f., 280-unit, 4- and 5-story apartment complex and mixed-use facility. This project includes amenity areas, 2-story cast-in-place concrete parking structure with a 406-car capacity, and 20,000 s.f. of retail space.
