Scope Of Work
We’ve completed two new LA Fitness clubs with another currently under construction and scheduled to complete in 2020.
Of the three projects, one was a new ground up building with site work and two were new tenant improvements.
Each club is a single-story, 35,000 square-foot ground up and/or second-generation buildings with extensive tenant improvements.
Typical tenant improvements include a lap pool, basketball and racquetball courts, aerobics and spin classrooms, high-end locker rooms and a children’s center.
