Utschig, Inc. is a Wisconsin based general contractor specializing in Construction Management. Our full service approach takes projects from land development through design, construction, and post-construction phases. The Utschig team of experienced professionals manage all phases of the construction process with a detail-diligent approach from pre-design through completion. In the early 80’s, Utschig Imperial Building Systems, Inc. began as a real estate company, working land acquisition and land transfers. Over the past decades, Utschig, Inc. has grown from a residential based land company to a multi-functional design/build, construction management firm, specializing in the design and construction of pre-engineered building systems.
