Scope Of Work

The owners of this waterfront home nestled in a quite enclave in Fort Lauderdale, hired Schachne Architects + Builders to transform their winter escape into a modern, clean lined free flowing space. They desired the ability to mingle freely with their guests when in the kitchen and create a blank canvas for their extensive art collection. Schachne Architects + Builders removed walls and rearranged the kitchen to create additional storage and encourage free movement between the kitchen and other living areas. The laundry room was also rearranged and designed to create cohesiveness with the kitchen and increased functionality of the space. A new wall of sliders was added to the living area to make the space more accessible to the pool. A neutral palette was developed to showcase the client’s artwork.
