Scope Of Work
The Project Tech Building 2 is a new five-story office building on a 1,900-acre technology campus, located at Port San Antonio. The new facility will have features important to cybersecurity operations, including fully redundant power and telecommunications connectivity.
Built utilizing tilt-up construction, the tilt-wall panels ranged from 65’ to 82’6”. The heaviest was 188,000 lbs. Install duration was over the course of four days.
This project advances Port San Antonio’s plans to open an expansive innovation center in the heart of campus, becoming San Antonio’s Cyber Security Hub. According to Port President and CEO Jim Perschbach, “This new facility will further strengthen the ability that leading cybersecurity experts based right here in San Antonio will have to write the next chapters in technological innovations as they connect with opportunities across the nation and around the world.”
