Mr. Taylor personally invests in every client, and is available at
any time. He regularly work with our clients to adjust our services to
meet changing needs or to review a facilities maintenance program and
suggest cost-saving opportunities.
Authorize necessary purchases such us, supplies, equipment and
services to effectively deliver job expectations.
Formulate budget for projects.
Supervise specialty projects.
Advise and consult with operations director, operations manager,
project managers and operations supervisor.
Coordinate and interface with other groups such as finance, staffing,
recruiting, human resources, etc.
Responsible for performing operational support for assigned within
the project.
Assign tasks to lower management.
