Scope Of Work
New construction of a 37,580SF building infill between two existing buildings, Stocker Center and Spitzer Center at Lorain County Community College. The project includes the demolition of the existing courtyard building structure and the renovation required to accommodate the new building infill. This project is seeking a LEED Silver certification. The facility opened in fall, 2012 and includes three teaching kitchens, a dining lab, multi-use spaces and much more.
