Scope Of Work
Meadowville Technology Park is located in Chesterfield County just outside of Richmond, Virginia. The industrial park spans 1,262 acres.
In 2022, the LEGO Group broke ground for a 1.7 million-square-foot facility on a site of 340 acres. The facility will produce the LEGO products we know and love, and over the period of 10 years will create over 1,760 jobs.
