Scope Of Work

This project consist of three main building types, pre-cast concrete which is the live fire range (6,760sf), structural steel which includes the main concourse, offices, and restrooms (8,970sf), and a pre-engineered metal building that houses the archery & BB gun range with a large storage area (13,800sf). The entire project is 29,530sf. The exterior finishes include concrete pre-cast panels, metal stucco panels, and steel siding. Many interior finishes are unique to the specific use of each area of the building. The Concourse, which is called Adventure Alley includes a raised roof structure with clerestory windows surrounding the entire center section of the building. The finishes in the archery and firing range are more utilitarian to meet the sound and durability needs of each space. The design of the building is very unique to meet the Owner’s multiple needs and uses for the space.
