Scope Of Work
The pre-engineered building has 24’ side walls. The building consists of 6,000 square feet of fully finished office space including lab areas, restrooms, offices, and storage rooms. The remainder is warehouse space with a center partition wall separating the space into two different areas for the future tenant to use.
