Scope Of Work
Randall was responsible for load calculations, sizing and layout of piping and ductwork as well as selection and scheduling of equipment. We designed and built a 32 Story, 750 room new hotel, converted existing hotel tower cooling to municipal chilled water. The job also included laundry facilities to serve both towers (1,641 rooms) and a 1 Million square foot convention facility.
