Scope Of Work

Furnish and Install all labor, tools, equipment, supplies and material to complete all Mechanical, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning work to include but not limited to the following: exhaust fans, dissonccect, cut, cap and remove all HVAC ductwork and or active HVAC accessories which include reheat boxes and thermostats, all ductwork accessories, fittings, turning vanes, dampers, smoke and fire dampers, ductwork sealants, HVAC duct hangers, maintain temporary filters in the AH's, ductwork and piping insultion, fire stopping for all through wall and or through flooring penetrations, reheat boxes, all associated piping, valves and controls, all differential presurization monitor and alarm, all grilles and diffusers, perform testing of installed HVAC system, install all thermostats including pneumatic and  or electrical raceways wiring.
