Scope Of Work

Multi-phased, multi-year extensive hotel
renovations and new construction to include:
• Complete renovation of both room towers,
including redesign of the penthouse suites to
provide gulf view
• Removal and replacement of all windows and curtain walls to hurricane impact resistance
• Complete renovation of first floor retail shops
that include a lady’s boutique, a men’s clothier,a beach shop and a high-end coffee shop with Wi-Fi access for customer’s laptops
• Complete removal and reconstruction of beach front pool area to include a “fire/water feature” and new guest pool
• Addition of an Italian beach front restaurant with a brick oven
• Addition of a children’s and teen activity area that includes a rock climbing wall and movie theatre
• Extensive high-end stone work throughout
• To date, the largest capital reinvestment on any Marriott property

Provide and Install a Complete HVAC System, to include but not limited to Chillers, AHU, Cooling Towers, VAV's, VFD's, Pumps & Accessories, Air Distribution, Exhaust Fans, Split Systems, Louvers, Fire & Smoke Dampers, Spiral Duct, Sheetmetal, Insulation, Controls and Test & Balance.
