Scope Of Work
This project was a deign- project, worked in association with McMillan Pazdan Smith at the George Dean Johnson School of Business in Downtown Spartanburg. The offices were constructed to allow for an atmosphere for startups and young companies to work together in an incubator space.
The offices and surrounding area were to match the lower floors exactly. These were very specific finishes and very close attention had to be paid to ensure that everything was done exactly as the existing remainder of the building. The demoltion and materials loading had to be carefully orchestrated, as to not interfere with the current operations of the building. All materials and waste had to be lowered through the third floor window by way of a lull.
