Office area has carpeted floors and plastic laminate doors and the breakroom has VCT flooring along with plastic laminate cabinets and countertops. Sealed concrete-floored forklift accessible warehouse area with high bays adjacent warehouse manager office and overhead door protected oxygen cylinder storage dock. Interior high ceilings parts storage room with overhead coiling door access to warehouse area. The facility is  within a fully concreted pavement surrounded by chain link fence and secure gated yard. Exterior walls include windstorm compliant aluminum windows and entry doors.
