Scope Of Work
In the summer 2010, the Board of Directors awarded Reconstruction Experts with the repair contract for a partial building envelope repair. The scope of work included; roofs, stucco, waterproofing at private decks and podium slab, painting and various other repairs. RE worked closely with a third party project administrator and the property management firm to complete a successful project.
