Scope Of Work
In the winter of 2012, the Board of Directors awarded Reconstruction Experts with the repair contract for a building envelope repair. The scope of work included: roofs, complete window replacement, structural repairs, stucco repairs and color coat, and various other repairs. RE served as both the general contractor and the project administrator for this scope of work, working closely with the Board of Directors and the Property Manager to complete a successful project
