Scope Of Work
The Tulsa Hills community needed an urgent care center that could provide convenient options for patients who cannot see their primary care physicians or who have medical conditions that require immediate response.

To fill this need, Warren Clinic commissioned Ross Group for the construction of the new 13,000-sq.-ft. clinic that houses 18 exam rooms, an x-ray area, a laboratory, and several supporting spaces like lobbies, waiting rooms, reception areas, offices, break rooms, and other administrative spaces.
Ross Group worked closely with Warren Clinic to guarantee efficient patient flow for the new facility. Ensuring the layout of the building promotes easy wayfinding — from check-in, to exam, treatment, and check-out — was crucial to the optimal functionality of the medical center.
