Scope Of Work
The Ice House, located east of the Pearl District, was formerly the Tulsa Ice Company building. Built in the mid-1920s, this 15,000 sq. ft. facility was transformed into a single-tenant, modern, professional office space for a unique client. Retaining the original character and charm, the Ice House now includes a large, open work space, conference rooms, private offices, a modern kitchen, and a covered outdoor patio on the building’s old loading dock for casual meetings and breaks.
