Scope Of Work
This new Holiday Inn Express & Suites is one of the first new Holiday Inn Express prototypes in the nation, featuring modern decor for sleek, clean function. The 11,600-sq.-ft. hotel houses 80 rooms, including 22 suites, on four floors. Offering the ultimate convenience, hotel accommodations include a great room with a charming breakfast area, a 1,620-sq.-ft. indoor pool, fitness center, guest laundry, business center, and meeting rooms.
The hospitality client not only needed project management for this new construction, but also coordination of procurement and installation of all the furniture and fixtures.
