Scope Of Work
After successfully completing a Houlihan’s project in Mishawaka, Indiana, Panzica was invited to travel 1,000 miles to Florida to design and build a new concept Houlihan’s near Walt Disney World’s main gate. Our third project for this chain.
This one-of-a-kind indoor/outdoor restaurant features a bar and banquet facilities for 472 patrons. To help withstand hurricane force winds and high humidity, the walls are built of solid cast-in-place concrete. A unique feature is a hexagonal outdoor gazebo providing air conditioned comfort for 75 patrons.
