Scope Of Work
The $4.3 million project renovated the residence halls over a two summer time frame. Randall and Morgan Halls were completed in Summer 2015, with Bradford and Thomas Halls following in Summer 2016. The four structures together comprise almost 80,000 square feet of interior space. The work includes new texture, paint, carpet, doors and hardware, lighting, renovations to office space and four hall director suites, and cosmetic upgrades to dorm rooms.
