Scope Of Work
The work included renovations to 112 units within the complex, as well as community conference rooms. New features added during construction included a dog wash station, 3 ADA-compliant apartments, a wine storage room, a dog park, and a bike maintenance room. Carpet, paint, casework, mechanical systems, and the fire alarm system all received upgrades as well.
