The Woodburn Point Apartments project was a complete renovation and transformation of a senior living complex.
Key features include:
• 24 units that all have fresh, modern finishes.
• A central courtyard and convenient neighborhood location.
• Special care was taken to preserve the character of this nearly 100-year-old building to preserve it as a fitting part of its community.
• The project is seeking LEED for Homes Silver Certification.
