Scope Of Work

The SouthWest Ohio Computer Association (SWOCA), a technology service provider for public and private institutions, will soon move into a new 14,000 sf single story office building and data/training facility designed by SHP.

Key features include:

• The high-technology facility will meet all of SWOCA’s internal and external data needs and provide large multi-purpose training rooms for both internal staff training and end-users who will attend training on-site.
• The building provides a variety of flexible spaces in a modern, open interior comprised of private offices, large open workstations with plenty of flexible breakout and huddle spaces.
• Plentiful daylighting will be achieved from perimeter glazing, strategic building orientation and large rooftop monitors that diffuse light into the space from above.
