SHP Leading Design studied the feasibility and developed the design of a new 31,000 square foot facility to meet the City of Blue Ash’s recreational golf needs as well as provide conference space for the entire region.

Project Features

7,000 sf of flexible conferencing space that can accommodate groups from 8 to 350 people.

An open meeting space with access to an exterior dining deck, a mezzanine area for smaller groups, a private conference room for up to 10 people, a sitting area and administrative offices.

The lower level offers a restaurant with a full bar, a full catering kitchen, a pro shop, locker rooms, an outdoor dining area and space to store up to 90 golf carts.
