Scope Of Work
Kroger L-356 located in Middletown is one of the area’s most appealing stores. In 2011, EH expanded the 90,000 sq. ft. store into a 105,000 sq. ft. store and performed a complete remodel while the store was fully functional, serving hundreds of customers each day. This project consisted of both interior and exterior demolition, rough carpentry, metal studs and drywall, hollow metal frames, doors and hardware, installation of all coolers, freezers, and refrigeration as well as a décor install and much more.
EH Construction was the prime contractor for the project, and was responsible for all project management, scheduling, supervision and quality control.
