Scope Of Work
Located just outside of Memphis, TN, this 55,000 sq. ft., five-story hotel is complete with a pool, conference and meeting areas and 72 guest rooms. As the Construction Manager, EH was responsible for overseeing all site work, concrete, framing, interior and exterior finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinklers, and communications.
EH Construction was also the prime contractor responsible for project management, scheduling, supervision, framing, roofing, and concrete.
