Scope Of Work

Schultz Construction was chosen by SI Group, a global developer and manufacturer of specialty resins and adhesives, to construct a new regenerative thermal oxidizer system to upgrade air emissions at their Rotterdam chemical processing facility.  The challenging project schedule and work scope were compressed in a short timeframe and consisted of the installation of both helical piles and H-piles, eighty-five concrete pier foundations for the RTO pipe rack, the RTO concrete foundation & blast wall, new well-house, contaminated soils removal and replacement, and miscellaneous underground piping.
