This was a continuation of years of design-build collaboration between Extra Space Storage Diede , Inc. Extra Space is second largest self-storage company world, with over 700 facilities throughout United States.
design criteria were developed using highest standard for security, materials, and functionality. scope of included of a two-story sales residence, equipped with high-tech security communications systems, large open space with break room amenities, casework sales floor . ’s fortress-style storage buildings were built with tilt-up concrete wall structures throughout perimeter of 3-acre . Built adjacent to line, tilt-up application proved to be cost effective replacement of CMU block. balance of was completed utilizing a pre-engineered metal storage system. completed storage contains one two-story climate-controlled 5 single-story storage buildings with a total of over 600 storage units.
