Scope Of Work
The International House Hotel was built in 1906. The entire building was cleaned, repointed and all of the stucco was painted. All of the defective unsound plaster was removed, steel structure treated, and rebuilt with a waterproof finish. Wood and metal windows were repaired or replaced for a complete restoration.
